Can we do this workshop virtually instead of onsite?
Yes. The entire workshop can be delivered virtually using Zoom or your preferred platform, with breakout rooms for group work.

The standard workshop is designed for up to 35 participants. If you have more managers, we can discuss multiple sessions or a tailored format.
Absolutely. During the pre-event alignment call, we’ll discuss your culture, goals, and current challenges so we can tailor examples and activities.
Do participants need the book beforehand?
No. The workshop stands on its own. However, many companies choose to provide the book to managers as a follow-up resource.
